1.ELIGIBILITY

Dr. Arévalo´s Knee and Shoulder Arthroscopic surgery services are offered in this website to foreign non- colombian, foreign citizens, from the United States, EU, who already have an knee or shoulder ailment diagnosis and can send their exams and tests to Dr Arevalo for analysis and further diagnosis.

2. ONLINE APPOINTMENT / CONSULTATION

Once the tests and exams have been thoroughly reviewed a one hour online appointment is set in Zoom, to further determine the steps to be taken for a possible eye surgery in Colombia and to answer all the questions the potential patient may have. The cost for this online appointment is $50 USD for each 20 minute consultation, which have to be previously paid thru Paypal.

Dr. Arevalo´s and his assistant both speak fluent English.

3. VISAS & PERMiSSIONS

Dr Arevalo, nor his clinic write letters of presentation to Colombian Embassies worldwide requesting assistance in obtaining visas to travel to Colombia.

4. PAYMENT

All services and surgeries must be paid upfront, before the procedure and all local exams have been performed .

The form of payment can be done thru direct bank deposits.

5. ROOM, BOARDING & TRANSPORTATION

Once a patient is definitely coming,  we at Dr Arevalo´s  Knee and Shoulder Surgery Clinic , will assist you in

picking  you up at the airport, transportation from the airport to a hotel nearby Dr Arevalo´s Medical Offices,
at the patients cost, not included in the surgery cost.

We can also provide a Bogota sightseeing tour in English or in Spanish to

see Bogota´s highlights if you wish.

6. ABOUT TRANSPLANTS

Colombian law forbids foreign citizens from having any type of transplant in Colombia.

Due to the above , any  transplant is not included in our services for foreigners.
